Categorised by male or female or weight or age.
Generic conditioning workouts posted per week with numbers of reps/sets or time used to categorise winners.

Add an option to post individual or group client challenges. Such as walk a certain distance in a week, cycle to work etc. Possibly have a leader board if it's within the group.

Leaderboard feature: select primary tracking variables (weight loss, weight lifted, consecutive workouts, etc.)

I agree as long as the leaderboard fields can have customization. Like Squat 1RM compared to Squat 10RM
