Allow clients to record their RPE / intensity perception

We need to be able to adjust the RPE scales, and edit comments without having to delete and re-enter the workout... like what can already be done with the training stats. This seems to be a no-brainer, since we can edit other things. Also, as a trainer, we should be able to edit comments that we make to clients - I've hit the wrong emoji before, and then had to send a separate note telling them that it was an accident to give them a "thumbs down"... :-S

I do like the current RPE scale, but we should be able to mark in between points - if not to varying degrees, at least half (ie. 7.5/10). There are times when the effort is simply harder than one point, but not as challenging as the next.

Pretty much the same here. RPE is a great tool for auto regulating programs. Majority of my clients use them and honestly that would be a huge selling point for me to start integrating my strength focused and powerlifting clients.

I love the new RPE feature for workouts, but I think it would be very helpful if we could have that same feature for cardio. In my opinion this feature is only partially implemented.

This is completely necessary for online coaching!

Add an RPE scale from 1-10 which the client can add after each set, or a coach can set an RPE for the client to follow

There needs to be a way for the trainer to add RPE and additional variables with each exercise. I suggest Trainerize allow the trainer to set up multiple columns with each exercise (besides just reps and weight). This way the client will add other variables (such as RPE, affect) after they complete each set. I think this will be a real game-changer for the software.

A mood scale for the beginning of the training session and an RPE score to quantify the training session would be a great way to coach up clients. It would be great to get an idea how the client is feeling before and after the training sessions so adjustments can be made, if needed.

This is critical, rather than setting a reminder for myself to text the client after their training sessions "Hey, X! How did X exercise feel for you, today?".
Would be easier for everyone involved to have this.

Would be great

I very much agree that this should be added

This would be amazing. Feedback is huge when creating a sustainable plan for a client.

RPE scale next to each set for better online training service.

Maybe at the end they would be able to rate it from 1-10 and next to their name on the dash we could see an indicator if the workouts are going well, or bad.
This would allow trainers to evaluate if the training program is currently too hard or too easy. -

A great addition that could certainly help us, as trainers, create a more personalized training routine for clients which has the ability to keep these clients safer... Of course an important factor!

As a trainer who uses the platform with a variety of individual and team athletes, I feel a simple subjective training load equation would be a great addition.
I propose that the S-RPE (Session Time x Rate of Perceived Exertion) would help online trainers in estimating training load for their online clients who participate in team sports or activities where distance is not applicable.
I fully appreciate the flaws with subjective data but I feel the S-RPE has sufficiently been shown to correlate to heart data and therefore would be a useful tool for online trainers
