Modify Treadmill Workout
I would like to be able to modify the Treadmill information. Or add a new treadmill workout. I generally warmup at 3.5 mph for 5 mins then workout at 4.5 mph for 20-30 then cooldown at 3.5 for 5 mins.

You can actually already do this! Just create a workout as normal, and pull in the cardio exercise “Treadmill” into this workout. And then within the “instructions” area, enter in your warmup, workout, and cooldown details.
