Tracking sports specific practices and competitions
I train a lot of young athletes and need to balance their training with their sports practices and games. Having the option to create a category such as "lacrosse practice" or "batting practice" or "basketball game" and give the duration helps to better organize their training for the week and make sure I'm not over or under training them depending on their schedule.
Hi everyone,
Thanks for coming to the idea forum and adding your vote to this idea.
We're keeping this set to 'Cannot be done' as we already added some new activities from this request, and will be adding a new one, but we will not be building the ability to rename the activity. Any activity that you don't have on the list can be tracked through "General activity".
We’re returning your vote to you so please come back to ideas.trainerize.com to add your vote to other ideas.
Thanks!

The ability to add events into the client’s calendar that aren’t workouts. For example, competition schedule for a sport so that training can be periodized accordingly. Or for example a goals with a timeline/deadline.

When working with athletes, periodization, peaking vs tapering etc is so important that it would be very valuable to be able to enter in the athletes’ competition schedule into their Trainerize calendar to provide an overall visual to plan accordingly around. Either the trainer or the athlete could enter in their competition and/or practice schedule.

Agreed with this. I train pole dancers and would love if they could track their classes outside of our sessions.
