FILES / Informational Tab - Upload informational videos, documents etc
I just want to be able to upload videos or documents (other than exercises) eg: "How to track on MFP", Macros 101, Guide to Supplements, How Fat Loss Works, Which triaining is best for you etc etc.
Because this is an online coaching platform you want to be able to give as much information to the client as possible.
A seperate tab on the overview page would be perfect. And allow clients to be able to access the Files whenever they needed information.

Hi all,
With the new v6 app, you can now record a video message directly from the mobile app, or pick from the camera roll.
You can also attach a file in the messenger.

This would be a great idea because we use clickfunnels for this exact thing which is fine but then requires a whole different login and an extra $97/month. If we could just have an area that is a flagship and then an area that can be unlocked if given access... that would be amazing and keep us around for long-term.

We COMPLETELY need to have this feature. It makes so much sense! Until it gets rolled out, I'll at least share with you our temporary workaround (and this is NOT a good solution, but it was just the best we could come up with so if anyone has a better way please share it!)
We create specific 'groups' for our clients. One is called "Nutrition Guidelines", one is "Helpful Documents", "Seminar Videos", etc... We simply just upload our nutrition guidelines, helpful documents, and videos into google drive or youtube, and then post the links to those files under the appropriate 'group' message board. Again, not perfect, but it at leasts allows our members to access all the information we want to them to...

PLEASE add this feature ASAP! I just realized that the attachments I've been adding to client profiles are not accessible by my clients!! Will discontinue my use of this platform if this does not change soon.

I am 100% behind this as we have had to create a sperate membership portal through WordPress to create our own FAQ page and Resource Library of documents with categories and subcategories to help our members. I would be fine paying for extra storage space if needed based on how many docs one is to upload.

Yes this 10000X. It irks me that I can organize all my clients documents into their folder on my end but they can’t access ANY of it.

It would be great if client can download attachment file through their android or iOS platform. It will be much easier for them to download and view it without the computer.
