Ability to save auto or manual messages into master message templates for later use
Be able to create master templates so I don't need to retype each time. I can just click the message.

YES! This is MUCH NEEDED. My welcome messages chance for 1 on 1 coaching vs when I run a challenge and it's so frustrating to have to go in and manually changes this every time. We should just be able to pick and choose. Please add this feature ASAP!!

I think having a Master Library of messages is a brilliant idea. Currently, they are all held in Google Sheets, so I can copy/paste, however, the ability to see your library of messages, click "End of the first week" and for that to populate the template so you can amend and publish. Yeah, that rocks me.

Yes, be able to save messaging automation ie if I have the same onboarding routine no matter what program. I could have the title "onboarding sequence" day 1 message, day 3 message day 7 message. and it automatically applies all the messages on the right days. I can then add in messages particular to that program

Have a library of auto messages saved to pull from instead of having to replicate it each time in the calendar.

This absolutely needs to be a feature. It should really be a priority IMO given how powerful auto-messages can be for trainers and clients alike.
I created an auto-message for a client that I'd like to re-use for other clients, but I have to manually copy/paste the messages -- WEAK!

It would be very helpful if there was a place to store a library of master copy write for scheduled messages with the ability to create category folders like "motivation" "new clients" "prep-week". This would cut down the time it takes to messages from scratch every time or copy and paste from other apps.

I hope we are making some progress on this. Would be a huge time saver.

Simply allow us a bit more control over automated messages and saving default messges.
For example, copying the same message over and over for 'Squats are a great activity because...' is really tedious!
Or 'Drink plenty of water this week because ...'
Edit:
- Specifically when I say control over automated messages, I mean a few extra options, or the ability to simply schedule them, not too dissimilarly to the programme calendars.
- Also, message timing. It already appears as though they aren't sent exactly at the time we pick (5am, 5.30am etc) but shortly after the time we pick - which is great!! - but can we just set a default 'timeframe to message' by any chance? Keep the system currently in place, but maybe somewhere in our settings options - probably in the automated messages section (?) have a "Default time to message [programme] or [account]"Specific example would be that all my messages for account messages like 'well done for being with us for two full weeks!' or 'That's a year you've been with us. Fancy a payment holiday?' can go out perhaps later in the day, maybe between 2-3pm. Then, my training-relevant messages like 'well done! first workout complete!' I can have drop "somewhere between 6am and 8am" sort of thing?

Ability to create auto-messages and easily assign them to all clients at the same time

I'd love to be able to save custom auto messages kind of like we can save Master Workouts, and then be able to import them into a client's Master Program. For example, I use a Habit Transformation program where my client gets messages/lessons 6 days a week and right now I have to manually type out and add each message into each of my client's calendars.

A collection of "standard" messages you can choose from to send to clients. Many of the messages are repeating themselves, so have a "library" of messages that can be selected from a pulldown to send or scheduled send to customers.

A place to keep notes on clients as well as to keep messages we'd like to use over and over in the messaging section, not to be sent automatically but that we can go in and choose which ones we want without having to type things over and over.
Something that can be organized into different sections! Like on an iPhone notes section.
Examples: Messaging Templets and Notes to remember about specific clients. -

I would love to be able to save a bunch of automated messages in a folder to then schedule to clients instead of having to write new ones for every client.
I would also like to be able to schedule auto messages with video, pdf and file attachments for detailed exercise video tutorials, recorded webinars and other important info for clients.
This allows me to automate a rich coaching experience for clients.

If you send reminders for clients to check in, it would be much easier to click on a saved auto message to duplicate it each week instead of re-writing it every week.
