Not inform the entire group every time a group member completes any action.
Important information in groups sometimes gets lost under redundant notifications such as 'Sally completed 'Workout 2 Day 1''

To turn this off, simply open up the group’s settings and turn off autopost.

I wish the workouts completed in a group were separated from the members messages. I have clients who like to see who's working out, but it's a lot. And the notification is always on because people are always working out.
