Weekly Client's Report
It would be nice to have a weekly review of the client.
Avg Weight
Avg Macros
Avg Calories
How many times they trained
How many times they performed their cardio
Right now you have to calculate this and view the history of each item one by one.

I spend too much time trying to gather all information to conduct my weekly check-ins. I would love to see a report showing how often they hit their protein, Calories, habits, workouts, walking...etc.

I spend so much extra time per client averaging out calories for the week. This would be such a huge time saver.

Need this! Especially average calories per day. Many cycle or are flexible day to day and their weekly avg or total for the week is a much better target.

Fields to pick when creating the report.
Totally agree, Whoop offers a weekly and a monthly log that I can download, this is gold! -

All the above stated along with nutrition, Personal bests, average steps, etc.
In addition, it would be awesome to be able to attach a short questionnaire as a client check in for various things like, 1-10 scale on how their bodies are feeling, How they been sleeping, Stress, Etc.

It would be amazing to have a Weekly progress report (google form format) sent to our clients. And make it easy to keep track of so we have the progress history of each client
