Clients sign waivers with finger on their app
On the app Mind Body the professional usually has a waiver and/or agreement that the client can review and sign with their finger.
This is better than having them view the document, print off, sign, scan and email back. Plus an electronic version on the app through your system seems much more safe.
I would love to know that my clients can access it first before beginning any exercise programs.
Maybe an electronic version of the Par-Q would also help with boxes for them to check. All of these additions would help the trainers using this product feel more safe.

This is critical in my opinion. Most platforms have the ability to add a custom waiver and/or terms and conditions. This has caused disruptions in our user experience. As medical professionals we can't risk running our programs without this, so we have had to use a work around that is not ideal. We are starting to significantly scale, so this could be a deal breaker with our use of this app if this is not able to be added by the next quarter. Thank you for your consideration.

This is critically important and I consider it to be a necessity to be included on this platform. Please get this going asap!

I love that my clients receive an automated consultation form. While it's nice to upload PDFs, it's a hassle for clients to print, sign, pic & send to me. I wish there were more spots to include automated PAR-Q, Medical History Questionnaire and an area where clients can sign a Consent & Release Waiver. All done digitally and uploaded into their client profile where I can have access to their docs and they can, too.

Allowing trainers to upload their own contracts for new clients to sign when a new client is input into the system

This would definitely help us trainers a lot and it would make the onboarding process a lot easier for the clients. However, in order to make signatures legally binding, this should be done through a certified e-signature service. This means that either Trainerize should offer such a legally binding esignature option, or integrate this feature with a third party app.
It would be amazing to have this build in Trainerize directly, in order to avoid making a separate account and having to pay another service for this stuff.
I'm really waiting to see how this can be sorted out in the future.

Be able to have clients easily sign off on a waiver before purchasing the product or directly after without having to do anything manually

It would be amazing if clients could digitally sign a contract and a parq directly through trainerize rather than needing to send emails and scan forms etc. This is quite a big barrier that stops clients completing the necessary paperwork

I would LOVE for Trainerize to be able to have a client have to sign a contract (that we can add in our own) that automatically saves to their profile.
For example, it would be great for it to have input spots like {{client first name client last name}}, {{start date}} {{end date}} {{price}} {{ # reoccuring of payments}}, etc.
I'm currently using Dubsado for this and it's such an inconvenience to have to download and then upload them into Trainerize (also PTD has this built right into their app along with the option to build out custom forms which is extremely valuable!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8SJ0J8VvUoo (Here's a video of what it looks like to build out on PTD).

Attach an Esigniture option to any form added to a customers profile.

Be able to capture a signature on the consultation form so that I don't have to also use SignNow or a similar tool. This would add a lot of value to the form and would give the trainer better legal protection.

I would love for there to be a waiver / disclaimer template that trainers could send to new clients for electronic signature.

Please implement this feature! It would make the client's experience much more seamless with an easy way to sign contracts/waivers directly from Trainerize.

although there is a 'Sign Now' integration - it would be even more useful to have an electronic signature or check box to indicate that the client has agreed to the terms and conditions and/or e-signed the waiver. My previous software had that and it was extremely convenient.
