Add section into programs for tempo to be added
Add notes/ comments section under reps / weight during workout so you keep track of things during session

A "note" section would be awesome, but tempo is a MUST HAVE for program design.

I'm surprised this isn't a thing already or wanted by more people! It's nice to write down a note for specific clients and tempo!
