Fitness Assessments
I like that you guys have the FMS on the app. But I would like to see other types of assessments. For gen population I prefer the 1-mile walk test or 3 min step test to figure out a client’s cardiovascular level & vo2 max. Curl up, push ups for muscular endurance and sit and reach for flexibility to determine a client ability. these are just a few of the tests part of the 5 components which include: muscle strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and body fat composition.
I noticed that you guys have the 7 and 3 sites caliper measurement for body fat composition and that is great. If you guys can work on building something for the other test that would be great and allow for trainers including myself to keep record within the client’s profile and compare for future test and help determine the client’s initial fitness level just like how the FMS assesses functional movement as an initial tool.
If the calculation can be included also; for example: a client’s who’s a female, age 45 does 1 mile walk test in 8 min and heart rate was at 115. Being able to see where she falls on the rating scale would be good and obviously same for all the test.

Please do this! I searched this and feel like it's not getting attention perhaps because there are literally hundreds of requests scattered across many different titles (fitness tests, fitness assessments, fitness progress, etc)
Ideally this could be added to the progress dashboard as it's own widget. We do these every 6 weeks and it's huge for measuring client progression. I'm most interested in the bodyweight/muscular endurance movements--squats, pushups, etc--and the cardio.

Agreed 100% about custom fitness assessments! I'd be happy recording these as an exercise as part of a 'testing' workout - but the current limitations mean I can't create an exercise test for sit and reach, chester step test etc because there's no custom metric.

I use the 9 site caliper skinfold test. It would be great to have the ability to record that.

💯 yes - other assessments would be amazing - even the creation of custom in app forms to track metrics or improvements would be worth it.
- Beighton scale for hyper mobility / flexibility
- custom templates
- DTS level 1 assessments Etc
