Make video messages longer than 60 seconds. I usually do video check ins weekly with my clients to go through everything they have filled in as it is better for rapport and I can get my personality more involved. But 1 minute isn't enough. Can it be made to at least 5 minutes?

Most of my check in videos take more than 1 min (3-5 mins) I pay extra for LOOM but really would love to drop the loom subscription and keep this under one roof for greater professional feel. I send these videos once per week to my clients.

This NEEDS to be a TOP PRIORITY. Having to upload to YouTube for a “one and done” video is a bit annoying to say the least. Let’s bump this one up!

Can we extend the 1 minute limit for in-app video messages?
I send daily video messages about mindset, forms, nutrition etc and I always have to send separate videos because they're more than 1 minute.
My client also have to send separate videos to get my feedback on form check. I do pole fitness and yoga coaching so the movement often take more than 1 minute.
Right now I have to ask them to use LOOM APP to send me long videos which takes an extra step for my clients.

I've noticed myself and many other coaches and trainers send check-in videos to clients and video is a great way to strengthen our connection to our clients. 1 minute of video time isn't enough for this and having at least 5, if not 10 minutes, would greatly improve our coaching moving forward.

I wish I could vote on this 1000 times over!! Sending clients 4-5 videos every check-in is so frustrating on both the client and coaches end

100 percent!! This needs to be extended to a MIN of 3 minutes if not 4 - 5 minutes

I like to send weekly check in videos to my clients to keep them motivated.. I currently use Marco Polo, but it would be much better if I could send a video through the Trainerize messaging. The current one minute time limit is not enough! If that could be extended to 3-5 minutes, that would be GREAT!

3-minute limit is needed for this, It is impossible to respond to a weekly check-in in under 59 seconds

Increase video messages to 3 minutes. This cuts down the amount of videos being sent to the client. I get multiple complaints for submitting 5 or 6 videos for only 3 minutes of important information I need to relay

Video messaging up to 5-10 mins would be great from a coaching perspective as its important to keep the human connection and the recipient experience of several 1 minute clips isn't great! Would be perfect for weekly check-ins as well.

Please extend video messages to more than 1 minute. It's a poor client experience when sending or receiving messages.

This should be an obvious adjustment. 1 minute is not enough time to respond to check in's, create rapport, educate, or build a relationship with customers. Sending multiple 1 minute long videos is not ideal, it is annoying for the coach as well as the client to try and piece them all together. Please extend video timing to the bare minimum 10 minutes. Thank you

5 mins should be the bare minimum, but the time we have disposed with the customary greeting and introduction 25 seconds have flown.

Extend video message that's longer than 1m

I find that the 60 second limit on video messages is too short. I am having to record multiple video messages for many clients. Maybe 120 - 150 second limits would be more sufficient
