I've noticed myself and many other coaches and trainers send check-in videos to clients and video is a great way to strengthen our connection to our clients. 1 minute of video time isn't enough for this and having at least 5, if not 10 minutes, would greatly improve our coaching moving forward.

100 percent!! This needs to be extended to a MIN of 3 minutes if not 4 - 5 minutes

I like to send weekly check in videos to my clients to keep them motivated.. I currently use Marco Polo, but it would be much better if I could send a video through the Trainerize messaging. The current one minute time limit is not enough! If that could be extended to 3-5 minutes, that would be GREAT!

Increase video messages to 3 minutes. This cuts down the amount of videos being sent to the client. I get multiple complaints for submitting 5 or 6 videos for only 3 minutes of important information I need to relay

Video messaging up to 5-10 mins would be great from a coaching perspective as its important to keep the human connection and the recipient experience of several 1 minute clips isn't great! Would be perfect for weekly check-ins as well.

Please extend video messages to more than 1 minute. It's a poor client experience when sending or receiving messages.

This should be an obvious adjustment. 1 minute is not enough time to respond to check in's, create rapport, educate, or build a relationship with customers. Sending multiple 1 minute long videos is not ideal, it is annoying for the coach as well as the client to try and piece them all together. Please extend video timing to the bare minimum 10 minutes. Thank you

5 mins should be the bare minimum, but the time we have disposed with the customary greeting and introduction 25 seconds have flown.

I find that the 60 second limit on video messages is too short. I am having to record multiple video messages for many clients. Maybe 120 - 150 second limits would be more sufficient

Within the group feature I want to be able to send videos discussing questions that clients may have. Much of the time for a detailed response this takes much longer than 1 minute. Currently I have to type up a response or if its an instructional video rush through it so that it is under 1 minute.

This is so obviously needed please. I hate trying to “talk fast” to cram things into 59 seconds.
