Ability to build/edit a workout directly on a single day (WOD)
Directly build and schedule a workout on a particular day. Being about to build specific WODs to keep things interesting for clients.

Ability to Build structured cardio activities. Have the ability to include pacing times, speed and other notes along with distance and time. Having the ability to give more information.

I am a Multisport Coach. I need to be able to write their swimming program, like I can for running/cycling. I want to do DWR deep Water Running sessions, BRICK sessions run/cycle/run
It would be awesome to have a tab I can write my own Headings and detail the session… Not just writing up in Workouts 🙃 -

we need the ability to subscribe clients to workouts (rather than only to programs), I have multiple clients whom I want doing the same workout and it would be infinitely more efficient to subscribe them to a specific workout rather than having to build a "program" for just 1 workout so they can be subscribed to it

HI! I have several clients that would love a workout of the day (WOD) option. It would be great to limit visibility to these clients view of the calendar to just today and yesterday (in case they missed it) and then after that its gone! I would bill these clients on a reoccurring monthly basis. It would be a more straight forward "programming" for those looking for something easy to sweat with each day!

I prepare my individualized sessions in advance and I would like to be able to make them visible or invisible with a simple click. Why are the sessions scheduled in the calendar found in the on-demand section? these are 2 separate things.

Being able to post up a daily WOD onto my appointment calendar and it then syncs with all my clients (or clients that have been tagged in a certain group).
For one this would be awesome as it means i could log a workout for myself,
Secondly it would be awesome for clients to be able to do a workout that their trainer is doing.
Thirdly it could connect clients together a lot more and create a better a community as they could compete against each other or could encourage one another.
Fourthly, it could be used in challenges. Say I am running a challenge. I could set this up so that my clients have a challenge workout out to do and they know other clients will be doing it too. -

This would help to create single sessions for in person clients where you might not follow a program, but could still track the exercises.

have the option to save a workout for the client and input it into the calendar without having to create a complete training program

You can copy a workout to all clients, but it won't be scheduled on the calendar.
Would you like the workout to be only available on that day, and on the calendar, or would you want the workout to be included in the Training Plan section?

Having the ability to copy a workout of the day to all clients and have it post directly to their calendar without having to go in to each clients profile would be awesome..this would be great as a gym owner trying to add features for all members...

Allow me to upload my work out of the day, which I can then copy onto muliple clients templates just for that day So they can have more variation in their program
