Google Fit (Google Health Connect) integration
Without having a Fitbit, there seems to be no way for an Android device to sync fitness data to the app at all. Google fit talks to pretty much everything else but not this. There seems to be no way around it, either I buy an iPhone, or I buy a Fitbit.

Yes, Android users need ease of use too. There are a LOT of us and it stinks that I have to take a screen shot of my steps to show my coach.

I got a Samsung watch for Xmas and gave my fitbit to Goodwill. Just my luck they don't use Samsung health just as I get a personal health trainer. ☹️

Yesss!!! Its frustrating when the majority of my clients use a Samsung Watch and can't track anything.

2024 and still no samsung health or watch connections. Not even Google fit. That's means to cancel any further use of the app since it's been years of promises I'm now seeing

Google fit has integration to Samsung health and many other fitness data trackers, devices and watches. IMO this should be enough to prioritize Google fit before Samsung health. Android users can streamline everything much easier this way.

A lot of my clients are on Samsung Health and it’s frustrating for them not to have all of their data tracked. Plus it isn’t easy for me to see their metrics either :(

There's hundreds on smart watch companies now. If google fit is integrated then a wide range of clients can be entertained not just Apple Watch, Withings and Fitbit.

Just ran a fitness challenge & my Samsung clients were very upset that they had to manually input everything while everyone elses did it automatically

Love my Oura ring for tracking and great for when I’m asleep as it doesn’t annoy me like an Apple Watch whilst tracking my sleep
