Google Fit (Google Health Connect) integration
Without having a Fitbit, there seems to be no way for an Android device to sync fitness data to the app at all. Google fit talks to pretty much everything else but not this. There seems to be no way around it, either I buy an iPhone, or I buy a Fitbit.

Hi, is there any update on the time frame for this update? Great to see it moved planning stage but that was over a year ago.

Any updates on this Google Fit sync? Many fitness bands allow seamless sync with Google Fit. You only have limited options of Fitness apps.

Seems crazy that Samsung health wouldn't be supported

It is frustrating not to be able to link Samsung Health on this app. That is the only health app I have been using for the past 10 years.

Is there ANY update of the progress of integrating Samsung Watch/S-Health to Trainerize? Pretty disappointing that it's not a priority due to Samsung being huge in the market and considered one of the leading Smart Watch Brands in the category.

My new trainer just told me to use this app. Have been using Samsung health for the last five years. Very annoying that I can't sync the two

Please add Samsung watch for tracking as this is the only tracking I've been using for the past 2 years

Just reading through some of the comments and it doesn't look like this is a priority so I'll continue using my other app for this purpose.

A ton of our clients own other fitness watches besides apple or fitbit! Just posting this since none of the other threads have up to date responses from admin and it seems the entire community has been asking for this for years

Android controls over 70% of the market and has done for 5 years, thats 70% of potential clients I have that miss out of the features we pay for. Not to mention this thread is over 2 years old.

Since your team has not been able to make progress on integration with Samsung Health, here is a workaround that integrates about 80% of the data.
This workaround is for Android users. I have not test it for Apple.
This workaround requires a FitBit account, but NOT a FitBit tracker.
Setup a FitBit account.
Android Users can download an application called Health Sync by appyhapps.nl
Setup Health sync to "Sync"This data from Samsung Health to FitBit.
In Trainerize, Users then set up syncing with their FitBit account. This should allow for display of the following Samsung Health data is Trainerize
Steps
Caloric Burn
Sleep
Bodyfat %
Body Weight
Lean body mass
