Google Fit (Google Health Connect) integration

Without having a Fitbit, there seems to be no way for an Android device to sync fitness data to the app at all. Google fit talks to pretty much everything else but not this. There seems to be no way around it, either I buy an iPhone, or I buy a Fitbit.

    A speed tracker and reminders to speed up would be great for running! My samsung health app has that and that is what I use when I run. I really enjoy that and it helps me run faster!!! It even tries to encourage me which always makes me laugh.

    I use a Polar M430 and it will be nice to have it linked to the app.

    Sync with the samsung health app that tracks workouts/steps/sleep etc through the galaxy active smart watch.

    For those who don't use Fitbit, trying to find a work around to log steps, workouts, food, etc, having to use multiple apps to fill in data is time consuming and a waste.

    Android is a larger customer base outside of US. It would be great to connect to Samsung Health

    You have sync planned for appl so why not do it for Samsung at the same time ....
