Overall Goals - habits, sleep, water, macros,
The goals section needs expanding and making better for the tracking of goals and habits.
For each section of sleep, steps, nutrition, water intake and any other data that is synchronised.
Bar graphs for all this data is better than line graphs.
You should be able to set timed goals and haits. Using the nutrition goal tracking example with the gold bars etc.
All this data is in the app we just need it to be organised in a manner that motivates clients and allows trainers to see the results simply for support.
Goals in each section with a defines start and end date to capture progress and to be able to report to the client on good days and bad days. Plus the dated means when you change a goal it doesn't change the goal previously.
Example: Client has worked ******* 4 weeks in deficit and when i put back to maintenance it looks like she has failed previous or doesn't allow you to go back to review with the goals set at that time.

Closing out this idea as there’s multiple ideas in this one post. Also, if you are working on daily goals, it’s better to create them as habits so you can track them on a daily basis.
