The ability to search a tag and filter clients with that tag but also filter clients without that tag

We use tags to track what type of clients have been added (tests, leads, commercial groups, etc.). Ensuring that all clients have been tagged correctly would be much easier if it was possible to see what clients have not been tagget at all
