I want to use one calendar for work appointments and workouts.

Having the ability for the Trz app to push booked appointments to your GCal is mostly useless unless it also reconciles with it for conflicts ie. anything in your calendar that isn't a client session booked through Trz. Please improve ASAP so we can actually use this vital function.

this would make your program stand above the rest. please do this. I cannot let my clients self-schedule because I use multiple calendars.

This is so important for time management. I can't edit my availability every time I have a personal appointment pop up, so need this to happen automatically when synced with my calendar.

Yes this needs added asap! Otherwise this feature is useless

As of now if a client books in the trainerize calendar it comes up in my google calendar which is great. But let's say in my google calendar I blocked off time for a dentist appointment, this does not sync with the trainerize calendar, and a client can still book this time. Because of this, I do not use the appointments feature and schedule everything over messenger and add it to my google calendar manually/using a calendly link

Allow clients to book appointments directly from the app given they have session credits. The same way a client can schedule a workout they should be able to schedule a session... side note; trainers and managers should be able to schedule time slots that they may be unavailable such as a meeting or personal matters that they need to attend to. The date specific availability is nice but does not address the need if you have a meeting mid day and have multiple ranges that you are available.

as the new appointment feature is now added to Trainerize and it sync to your preferred calendar but I found a bug which I think can be worked on so if I am syncing my work calendar on Trainerize settings it doesn't not take account of appointments already present in calendar booked by other third party apps for ex. if my calendar 1 is synced on Trainerize and in that calendar if I have other meetings scheduled ex. a google meet meeting or a calendal scheduled meet it does not take in that meetings and it still shows availability to the client to book slot on leading to overlapping past scheduled meets with clients appointment which leads to 2 events at the same time. I think if you have a meet scheduled on a synced calendar it should automatically limit availability for that particular time.

I like that the trainerize syncs to my google but it would be nice if it worked two ways. So that if I schedule a personal appointment on my google calendar it would remove that time slot from an option in trainerize.

Yes, this is an absolute MUST. I doubt anyone has their entire calendar in TRZ, mush less all their professional appts in TRZ. So, TBH, self-booking is not a useable feature until it verifies against our main calendar.

Since syncing is so cumbersome on mobile, it may be more user friendly to have a syncing option via the desktop calendar. I have separate google calendars and accounts. My business email has a google calendar but no gmail so attempting to sync via mobile is impossible.

I would like to connect Trainerize to my google calendar so that if I have personal appointments, my clients cannot self-book in that spot.

Be able to choose which Google Calendar the appointments sync to. I have multiple calendars, and would like the appointments to sync to my Work calendar, and not my private one.

When working with prospective clients it would be nice to be able to schedule sales calls within the Trainerize web app and syncing to major calendars like Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.
