Not being able to include instructions on how to sign-up or create an account (ie by sending an email), in addition to not being able to download the app directly from the app store is a poor user experience. The 15% fee far outweighs the multiple steps that a client needs to go through to sign-up and to cancel. I upgraded to the CBA for this feature, to find out that even upgrading and paying a premium monthly fee still does not allow this feature.

This poll seems dead, but I'm just checking in here in 2024 to remind the devs that this would be a game changer for so many of us! Let's make it happen!

As a studio pro user, this in-app sign ups is absolutely NEEDED and this is critical.

There are so many steps to actually create an account and actually pay on trainerize if you wish to, first, give a free trial to a potential customer.

The overall conversion rate is actually decreasing everytime a potential lead needs to go to a website or wherever after being in the app.

A lot of potential clients are put off by the fact that they can't create an account when downloading the app.

CBA User here. It would be a major bonus for a client to be able to download the app from the App Store, then create a log in as opposed having to be invited or sent a link. We have had a lot of people try to use our app, but get frustrated when they go to the App Store excited to download just to find out they did it all wrong. Once that is complete, it would make it more seamless for them to buy a plan or custom package in app - and with a new user, we would be notified so we could begin communications with the potential client.

Have client download the app for free and before creating an account in our app, asked them what package they would like to purchase.

This would help me not sending my client to my website to download the app but send them directly to the app store and download the App, once they download the app they can buy the package in the app. This will bring more downloads and more app exposure.

They should definitely be able to buy Trainerize "Products" from within the app AND create an account from the sign in page!

Right now clients can’t find my app as easily as I think they should. The branded app should be accessible to potential clients as a way to draw them in. They should not need an invite. They should be able to download the app and create an account with the trainer they want to work with and have access to basic information that allows us to convert more people to the app.

Hey team, i think it would be a great idea if the client could make purchases from inside their app. Not just pay for their sesions like others have suggested but for example a sales page where they can upgrade their package or even visit a sales page on their trainers website.
