Allow admins to audit or monitor messages from trainers
As the owner of a fitness business, I would like to spot-audit messages from my trainers to ensure communication quality/

This is key for us...
We've got a couple of coaches now helping us with online clients and being able to ensure they are following the weekly check-in / accountability touch points is key for ensuring we maintain our service standards as we grow.

Seems like this would be an essential - I can't see how my trainers are interacting with clients so I can't see where to come in on a conversation and don't know if the accountability work I'm doing with a client is repetition of what's already been said to them..

This is one of the huge issues holding me back from being able to bring in coaches underneath me. I need to be able to jump in to conversations if needed,
Also, the ability to assign multiple coaches to a client would be amazing. This would provide multiple "chat bubbles" for different coaches for the client to access.
i.e. I have a nutrition coach who I want my clients to be able to message directly with questions. I still want to be able to oversee these messages if needed. And I want them to be able to still message me directly as I am their main coach.

There needs to be an option to allow admins to view the trainers' messaging. There's no way for quality control and/or training development for employees without being able to monitor their instruction. With everything virtual, we have no way of knowing what/how our trainers are advising their clients and from a quality control and safety standpoint, we need to be able to monitor that.
