Please make gender, weight and height optional
I work with primarily *****, trans and gender non-binary clients who are not focusing on weight, numbers, and measurements but instead about what makes them feel good and using movement as a tool to help their mental health, build empowerment and cultivate healing. I understand why gender, weight and height options are important to many trainers and clients but I'd like to have those options customizable so I am not forced to make my clients answer questions that are not helpful to them or could cause harm.

This is an easy fix and doesn't remove the option for people who want to track in this way, so it seems like a no-brainer. I would also like to point out that your logic of using votes as a means for determining if a feature is worthwhile is somewhat discriminatory as it supports the masses and not necessarily the needs of groups with smaller representation.

Agreed! Please fix this as a lot of us have been asking for these questions to be removed for years now.

I have to give my new clients a disclaimer about these "required" questions. It's not very affirming for our LGBTQ+ and size diverse community.

This is super critical to me, removing weight when the client signs up is really important, especially for those with a history of disordered eating.

Agreed! As a coach who works with clients who struggle with disordered eating and body image dysmorphia the prompt to enter this information is triggering and in fact it can bring about old unsupportive habits of being focused on weight. Can we please disconnect the need for clients to enter this upon signing up.

Agree! Please give us the option to toggle these stats off for eating-disorder clients and those of us who don't train clients for aesthetics!
