Allow clients to update payment info/cancel WITHIN the mobile app
Even though they can cancel/update payment info through the website version of the app, no one understands this and it is confusing. Especially for custom branded apps.
I currently have to either step them through the process of logging into the web version and finding where to cancel or update info, or (most often) just do it myself.
There is also no direct link to the web version when they click on the "Payment Information" and "My Purchases" under the MORE screen. It simply says "Please sign in through the web app to manage your payment information".
Even if canceling directly in-app isn't a possibility, including a direct link to the individual web app (i.e. "Please sign in here: www.appname.trainerize.com to manage your payment information") would be so helpful.
