Distinguish from the exercise history if the weight was increased by client or trainer during session
My client upped his own resistance weight and when I checked the weight history it looked correct but he had upped this himself. It would be good to click on the exercise during the workout (the in person session) and distinguish if it was our session together or the clients workout they completed on their own, without having to look at the date and then go to my phone calendar.

What happened basically, was I went to follow the weight history and the form was really bad and I assumed it was from our own session together as he only comes in once himself and then had to put weight down. Obviously I advised him about correct form and slow progression, however it would be good to see even a green tick something highlighted showing it was a one on one session together.
