Sad to see this has been suggested for so long and not actioned, trying to use this in groups and it's really frustrating and quite basic to not have this

So this is yet another "feature" that should be mandatory on a app like this, far too many simple things like this that aren't part of the hefty monthly subscription model?!?

current you can only send 1 min long videos over message. I would like the ability to send longer video over messages. I would like this increased to 5 min(or longer) as I often send my clients video messages!

Given vids are limited to 1 min, I use Whatsapp instead. As it is, this is kind of a pointless feature as it makes for more work than what it is worth.

Agreed that it is frustrating to not be able to post longer videos than 1 minute. Really needs to be a top priority feature to implement.

Definitely this. So frustrating for clients to either have to crop videos or send them through a different platform (whatsapp) which ruins the whole point of having a dedicated app.

Even 3 minutes would be enough time, but Ideally 5 minutes. What's the point of paying all the money for an app to give access to us 24/7 when typing takes so much longer and more effort than video communication? And telling clients to use another service like Loom is just pulling them away from time in app

Allow longer videos to message clients and the ability to upload videos from camera roll

this one is taking WAY too long. We need more than 60 seconds...so tired of reshooting when I run out of time, or having to create 3-4 videos in a row.

My checkin replies require a detailed review of their week and suggestions including answering their questions. 1 min is too short and I have to record 2-3 videos to get all my info over on a personalised video.

My check in videos take a lot longer than 1 minute. A lot of times for nutrition coaching, I am showing them my grocery haul, healthy snack options, meal prepping, and healthy carb/protein/fat options.

Make video messages longer than 60 seconds. I usually do video check ins weekly with my clients to go through everything they have filled in as it is better for rapport and I can get my personality more involved. But 1 minute isn't enough. Can it be made to at least 5 minutes?

Most of my check in videos take more than 1 min (3-5 mins) I pay extra for LOOM but really would love to drop the loom subscription and keep this under one roof for greater professional feel. I send these videos once per week to my clients.

This NEEDS to be a TOP PRIORITY. Having to upload to YouTube for a “one and done” video is a bit annoying to say the least. Let’s bump this one up!

Can we extend the 1 minute limit for in-app video messages?
I send daily video messages about mindset, forms, nutrition etc and I always have to send separate videos because they're more than 1 minute.
My client also have to send separate videos to get my feedback on form check. I do pole fitness and yoga coaching so the movement often take more than 1 minute.
Right now I have to ask them to use LOOM APP to send me long videos which takes an extra step for my clients.
