Show trainer availability and vacation on schedule, especially on week view so owners and managers can schedule appointment..
Often times owners or managers are trying to schedule trainer's appointments, but are unavailable during certain times of the day, especially in the future. It would be great if it were integrated in the scheduling screen. Would also be great if adding vacation or unavailable times in the schedule screen rather than having to take many extra steps to enter through many different screens.

This is extremely important. It is really odd this is not yet a Trainerize feature as there is 0 app oversight of trainers' actual availability and makes it difficult to ensure appropriate availability during peak times.

This is very important for us moving forward with Trainerize. We would need our reception team to be able to view trainer's availability on the calendar so we can book/re-schedule sessions where needed.

View team set schedules and availability to help with booking consultations and sessions.
This would be useful for
- the manager booking in consultation with the coaches.
- viewing team members days on/off to plan sessions/classes
- team member on holiday booking sessions in with a different coach -
Show availability for trainers in the weekly calendar app so scheduling is easier. Making it more visual would be super helpful, especially since some trainers may have different availability each week.

I need my team to be able to set availability and anyone else that tries to book sessions under their schedule be able to see available hours so they dont book people when they are not working

Allow Owner or Admin to book clients in for sessions into their trainer's calendar based on trainer's set availability.
