Incorporate WHOOP / Athlytics style Morning Readiness & Strain / Effort
Trainerize is already connected to every metric that Apple/Garmin push to it so it would be great to incorporate;
- Morning readiness score
- Sleep quality score
- Strain/effort score
These can be incredibly valuable metrics for clients to monitor their effort levels each day and determine how hard to push in each session - or in fact, which session to do
From this information, the client can make the decision to;
- Increase/decrease sets
- Increase/decrease effort/intensity
- Perform a recovery session
Based on sleep stages available on Apple Watch, Garmin, WHOOP & Oura we can make more accurate suggestions on how to improve their sleep. Currently Trainerize only lets you see the number of hours
This adds a deeper level of personailsation to the clients training experience - Well over half of our members have some kind of wearable - Apple Watch & Garmin being the most popular - we have all of the data from them and would be great to make use of it
