Filter client's activities based on a tag
We have several different programs offered, and since we can only have one coach per client, it would be nice to be able to filter clients based on a tag. For example, we can filter for clients who have purchased nutrition coaching versus those just utilizing the in-app feature.

Currently, when scheduling in-app calls or adding sessions for services like small group trainings, in-person sessions, specialty events, etc., there’s no way to limit visibility or booking access based on client eligibility. This creates confusion for clients who see events they are not enrolled in or do not have access to — leading to potential booking errors, questions, and additional admin work.
Suggested Improvement:
Add the ability to assign “tags” when scheduling a session or call — so only clients with the designated tag(s) can view, book, or RSVP to those sessions. This would allow coaches to easily manage exclusive offers (such as VIP coaching, in-person only clients, challenge members, or location-based services), without cluttering the view for other clients.Additional improvement:
Add an option to automatically record and save in-app calls or group sessions (with appropriate permissions) for future playback or client review. This would increase the value of calls and make scheduling within the app more robust.Benefits:
