Please make this a priority for early 2026. WAY too much gets lost in my 120+ group. The feedback I have gotten is that people HATE opening that group or even adding anything to it. The exact OPPOSITE of what I want for my community. I would love for it to be more organized:
- pinned messaged
- thread options to respond to that comment

100% agree I end up using slack a lot because of this but I know clients would prefer to stay all in one app but the current groups are too messy especially with a lot of clients.

Hey Trainerize Team, I wanted to share some thoughts on improving the group messaging functionality. Right now, it’s a great way to build community, but a few updates could make it significantly more effective—similar to how Facebook Groups operate.

Here are the key updates that would make a huge difference:

1. Scheduled & Automatic Posts – Being able to schedule posts in advance would help trainers keep engagement high without having to manually post every day. This is crucial for consistency, accountability, and delivering value to clients.

2. Search & Organization – Messages often get buried in the thread, making it difficult for clients to find past discussions, resources, or updates. A search function or a way to pin important posts would make the group chat much more user-friendly.

3. Longer Video Uploads – The current 60-second video limit is a major constraint. Many trainers use video for exercise demos, form corrections, and educational content. Extending the upload limit (or allowing direct uploads from external links) would make it much more useful.

4. Polls & Interactive Features – The ability to run polls would help engage clients, get quick feedback, and create a more interactive coaching experience. Right now, there’s no easy way to do this within the app.

These updates would bring a massive boost to engagement, client accountability, and overall community feel within Trainerize. I’d love to hear if any of these are on the roadmap!

The entire group messages section needs to be updated. It needs to have similar functionality like a group in Facebook Groups does.

-Automatic/Scheduled Posts
-Search Ability. (Messages get lost in the thread and are hard to find)
-Longer Videos. It's important to be able to share videos with all the clients, and the :60 cut off severely limits this.
-Polls.
-Threads: Be able to comment under a specific post, rather than a constant stream of messages.

I'm posting this again, I mentioned this back in 2024 but there's been no progress on it.

This is more important to me as a feature over adding new exercises, workouts, etc. The limited functionality of the group makes it much more challenging to engage clients as a group.

@Trainerize. Please. Please work on updating the group messages features as stated above.

It is SO limited in it's functionality.

I don't mean to be rude, but this suggest a feature nearly seems pointless. I have posted several over the years, and there's never even an acknowledgement of it. Let alone action taken on these things.
