Have the ability to COMPLETELY bypass the Trainerize site and instead use our own website.
Currently we are forced to have a trainerize homepage, contact page etc. I think it is outright silly that we do not have the option to just have the log in page and insert a link to our ACTUAL homepage, contact page, sign-up page, etc. into the platform.
I know I can just give users the "log in" link but this is far from enough because:
The users are instructed, in the welcome email, to go to the trainerize version of my site in order to log in.
Once they sign into the platform if they click on ANY of the links related to my brand they are redirected to the tranerize version of my site....
This is very frustrating and adds additional steps for our clients to log in, contact our support team, or go to our main site. It also adds another layer of design/branding that I we have to worry about.
If you want bigger clients who are wanting to add thousands of clients to your platform you need to make it more flexible to their needs, not just the individual trainers and small gyms. However, I'm sure that even the individual trainers and small gyms would also appreciate more control over their branding.
Hi Barton,
This is already available. Please go into your site settings > web address and use option 3.
By putting in your existing site address, any communication to your clients uses your existing site address.
Just also make sure on your own site, to encode the login button to point to xxx.trainerize.com/app/logon.aspx.
Any links to your “main site” will point to your own existing site. Your client will not be exposed to the xxx.trainerize.com/ simplified site.

When you say encode "the" login button, exactly what login button are you referring too? We would like our clients to be able to login to trainerize through our own website and not the trainerize simplified site. Do you have some login widget or something that you are not mentioning here?

AWESOME! Thank you for your detailed instructions. Turned out that I was using my sub-domain that was pointing to trainerize.... my mistake.
Thanks again.

You can currently do this from your account setting:
- Account > Site Settings > Web Address
- Choose the 3rd option and Voila!
