Coach able to schedule Repeat Classes & 1:1 Appointments beyond 5 week restriction & book clients into those repeated sessions
I have private, semi-private & small groups who sign up for a school term at a time ranging from 9-11 weeks long.
It is far more effective for me as the coach to schedule all 22 sessions per week & invite all the clients with a product that suits their budget at the time of scheduling so their name is added to every session over the 9-11 week period.
My business policy is that if they miss a session then they lose a session unless they go into app & cancel for medical reasons.
The APP restricts any class or appointment scheduling beyond 5 weeks ahead at time of scheduling.
The APP also forces clients to book into every single session individually - this is not efficient business or realistic considering my clients range from 3-14 years old & most don't have phones.
The APP does not allow me the coach to add them to multiple occurances of the same scheduled session each week for the term after the initial repeat scheduling is done!!!
This means theoretically I'd need to add 35 clients individually to 22 classes (per week) over a 11 week period = 100's of entries & hours of data entry.
If coaches want to restrict bookings from clients then have options for that (eg. 2 & 5 weeks as it stands in APP currently).
Please put the power back into the hands of the coach (business owner) to run my business efficiently.
The APP allows me the Coach to repeat schedule classes or appointments up to 52 weeks currently.
So classes populate the schedule but appointments don't?!
However there's no communication from the APP to inform the user that clients can't or won't be added beyond the 2 or 5 weeks. It just doesn't do it leaving the user very confused.
I need the APP to track how many visits my clients have used so I can simply allow them to book 'Make-up' sessions if they have a cancellation.
All the software platforms I've used have the versatility I've described above as standard. MindBody is an example but I've also used recreation & martial arts based software that again does this as standard operating conditions.
Discovering these restrictions after already investing so much time setting up the APP & using it with my clients the past 3mths is very upsetting as it renders the APP useless to the functionality required in my business to operate efficiently.
Sadly this will means I'll have to change platforms unless adjustments can be made in the short term.
