Simplify the Product "Main Product" / "add-on"
I've run into an issue on the app, when trying to automate sales of sessions to clients w/ current products and without products.
*Context:
-I have clients who are on reoccurring payments for online training.
-but I also have a pool of 'clients' who are not on payment for any reoccurring product.
-I have an In-person session that I primarily sell to that pool of 'clients' because it happens on a less than regular schedule (due to the fact that I have them self booking that session type).
-my solution was to put the sale and scheduling of the product in a program that auto-messages my clients every week allowing them to pick and choose when they want a session based on their availability.
-HOWEVER there seems to be an inability to use this process effectively due to the fact that those with a "main-product" cannot have another product classified as "main-product" and those with an "ad-on product" must have to have a "main-product" (so no matter the product type, I have to create duplicate products, groups, reoccurring POS in programs, as well as sift through all clients and place them in the proper groups).
---furthermore if I do sell it as a main product to my non-reoccurring clients, they're restricted to purchasing 1 every 24hrs, this is painfully inefficient.
-my current solution is to put everyone on a "Membership program" that either charges them something like $1 a year or a reoccurring discount that nets them $0 additional cost, so all other products are classified as add on's (this makes my POS and System terribly clunky).
my ask is to dissolve this "main product" and "add-on product" and simply allow a single classification for products that can be used ** main products, add-ons or bundle freely, based on the digression of the trainer.
