Video uploading in the chat is very unreliable. Some of my recorded videos show up for uploading and some don't. If I use the built in video recorder it will not save the video sometimes. I wouldn't even use the built in video uploading at all if my Trainer didn't prefer that I do.
And I don't see any support option for the app so I am writing this here.
