workout sections
A big improvement to creating programs and helping clients understand workout flow is workout sections. Like a lot of people are talking about with this particular subject.
Each workout could have a section named, added at any time, to then save to a larger library where trainers can search, and then can copy/paste this into other programs.
For example, multiple core sections focusing on plank variations, rotations, band work, core stability, etc. Having multiple sections that you can search for and apply into any program at any time will save loads of time.
Even if you had multiple leg workouts you can save them and return to them later to adjust for other clients and make multiple variations of any section.
