Use more filters for better selection of meals (Prep-Time, Simplicity, Repetition of days)
Not just type of diet but prep time and simplicity. Most clients struggle to prep their own meals. Simplicity is the answer to a complex world of nutrition. Hence, it would be highly beneficial to have options on high-protein recipes that are prepped under 15 minutes for examples.
I got curious after announcement of the 70+ High Protein recipes in 10 Mins, so I wanted to check out, if I could implement them into a weekly diet order.
But that didn´t work. In combination for most people with body-comp goals and less time it would be beneficial to have a selection of meals, that they want to consume most of their time during a fatloss or muscle building phase.
