Make the check in form longer than 10 questions!
Have the check in form be longer than 10 questions.
I'm pumped about the ability to have a check in form right in Trainerize and so is every other coach I know, however, we were all let down to know that you are only allowed to have 10 questions max.
Would love the ability to add more questions to the form (maybe a limit of 20) or even a section which you can free text that isn't necessarily a question so it doesn't use up a question slot.
Hi everyone,
Thanks for sharing your idea and feedback on the Check-In Form feature! We’re excited to let you know that we've increased the number of questions from 10 to 50 and you can already try it out in ABC Trainerize!

The new check-in form has great potential, but it’s currently limited by the 10-question maximum. Why place such a restriction? Many of us need more flexibility to collect client feedback effectively. Tools like Google Forms or Typeform allow unlimited questions, which makes them much more practical. Since we want to keep everything within Trainerize, this limitation makes the check-in feature much less useful.
This is part of a broader pattern:
Check-In Form – Limited to 10 questions, which restricts our ability to get the insights we need from clients.
Meal Planner – Capped at a minimum of 1400 calories, even though some clients may require less for medical or professional coaching reasons. The planner also doesn’t allow snacks or flexible meal structures, which doesn’t reflect real-life eating patterns.
Trainerize already has strong ideas and features, but these restrictions make it harder for us to use them effectively. What would make a big difference is including user testing and coach feedback during development. Small adjustments, like removing unnecessary limits or allowing flexible options, would go a long way in making Trainerize the undeniable go-to platform.
In short:
Please remove the 10-question limit on check-in forms.
Please expand flexibility in the meal planner (calorie ranges, meal structures, snack options).
Please involve coaches in feedback loops before releasing new features, so they meet real-world needs.
These changes would transform good ideas into truly functional tools we can rely on every day.

YES PLEASE. This is also a huge miss with these new check ins. I am super limited with getting feedback from my clients. PLUS I am still going to have to use google forms for 3/4 of my clients if we can only have access to one type of client check in form!
