Multiple Check-In Forms
It is great that we have the ability to create a check-in form now within Trainerize, but would love the ability to create check-in forms for each trainer in our account or the ability to have various check-in forms for the different types of clients in our account (in person / hybrid / online / etc).
Hi everyone,

This is a great feature addition, but having only one check-in form feels limiting. While managing different workflows at skullvaping.com, I can see how being able to create multiple check-in forms per trainer or client type (in-person, hybrid, online) would make tracking progress much more effective. It would also save time and allow for more personalized coaching workflows.

YES. A million times yes! We need to be able to create multiple check in forms, it’s not a one size fits all.

I love the check in forms, however I would like to be able to create multiple different ones that I can make specific for each type of client (in-person sessions, online sessions, clients buying into pre built programs, etc)

+ Make the view larger when viewing the form responses from the calendar or the activity feed. Right now the Heading and icon take up majority of the form and i have to scroll to see responses. (Heading could be small at the top so we can see all questions without scrolling)
+ Allow us to See all forms within a specific time period. Etc all forms submitted last week. (And allow us to add filters to see All forms, a specific form or select multiple forms to view submissions for within that period.)
+ Custom Names for Forms
+ If we edit a specific form, please allow it to update all clients who already have this form scheduled. (right now i need to delete all past forms and re add it manually per client)
+ Allow us to add them to multiple clients at once or remove them from multiple clients easily from the clients tab.
+ Allow us to schedule Ongoing forms (etc every sunday)
+ When viewing the responses on the contacts profile. simply list all completed forms so we can tap on a form to open it rather than needing to select it from the calendar widget. List (Date completed, Form name and allow it to open by tapping on the form name) - list in order of most recently submitted. With filters to be able to show all forms or specific form responses or to show responses for a specific time period or last week / last month etc.
Hope this helps :)

Oh my god YES! How frustrating they rolled out the most BASIC check-in form system I have ever seen! Not only can you not create multiple forms (i.e. for male/female clients) - but there is no ability to compare them, they are hard to read and they show up in calendar format - like why isn't it just a list you can click on???????. Poor rollout Trainerize.

Managing 75+ Clients we need
+ Dont call it Check in form - Just Forms
+ Search Field (we will be using 20-50 forms in the next 5 years)
+ Multiple Check-In Form templates
+ Centralized view, for each form like in Typeform, that we use now
+ Export for all responses pr. form
+ Coach Notification center -

I agree! I'm so glad check-ins are finally here, honestly been waiting for this day cuz I've been using Trainerize in my business for the last 5 years but had to use google forms for check-ins. Is it possible to make the questions more than 10? Maybe more like 20? Because otherwise I would have to continue using google forms and I really want to finally have all the things in one place now

I agree. Each client is unique, and it would be nice to have the ability to create multiple check-in forms.

Yes! Being able to have multiple check in forms, that we can title differently. I need a different one for male vs female especially and differences for group clients VS 1:1 clients. Maybe we can have at least 5 options for forms on our end???

This is NECESSARY for my business. My clients are loving the new check in process, but I could potentially have up to 6 different types of clients (nutrition only, fitness only, lifestyle clients, athletes/mountain bikers). I don't need my lifestyle clients to be answering or having to bypass questions about mountain biking. PLEASE prioritize this!

I agree!!! I have different tiers of clients who don’t need the same check in as other clients. I have clients who are just working nutrition, clients who do programming only and clients who do the full package! I’d love to have the option for multiple/ unlimited check in forms. Glad we now have this feature in general!
