Progressive overload calculator
The ability for the client or coach to calculate their new PB’s for volume and weight so they can accurately implement progressive overload for muscle growth and strength
Eg if the Clinet beach is 100kg - 10 we want the app to calculate what their new pb should be each week in order to induce progressive overload

The ability to add a progressive overload function to a workout for a client. When this is ticked, you can set the week or weeks you want the clients workout to automatically:
- send them a message saying its increase week, try to up your weights, reps or sets (what ever variable us coaches chose when creating workout)
- flag its increase week and auto put the variable up (if load, this will be hard and maybe you can have a drop down and says in increase week if load selected how much by, going from 1.25kg to say max 5kg, or use a percentage and be 2% or 5% etc)
- highlight the exercise in program and say must try to increase load so client does it themselves. This is a feature many clients have asked for as they always say you say go up and try harder but i never know when.
So it could be a set number or weeks, or if the Ai recognises the same weight for 4 workouts etc.

The app would need an internal calculator to suggest how much to increase in a progressive overload. Ex: Next to your weight history for squats it would suggest a new weight (progressive overload)
