Add the ability to change an exercise's "exercise type" within a workout.
For example, the ability to change an exercise from "strength" to "timed". I often have exercises that will be done for time in one workout and reps in another. It sounds simple, but clients always seem to get confused when I tell them to do jumping jacks for reps, but the app is asking them to record a time.

This idea would also solve the request you have for being able to program time WODS. I sometimes want an exercise to be for 3 x 10 reps, other times I want them to do 1 minute of it but log the reps and weights.
