Terms and Conditions
Add a terms and conditions for clients to agree to or liability form for clients to complete during registration. I have owned a training studio for 10 years and I have my clients fill out a form to that they assume the risk and indemnify myself, my studio or my affiliates.

Hi everyone,
Thanks for your feedback. With the latest upgrade, we’ve now added the option to add up to 4 PDF forms that will be automatically sent when you add a client to Trainerize in the customizable welcome e-mail.

Of the printable or PDF saveable, date stamped, digitally signed variety...
If you could also upload custom docs/intake forms it would be great.

I would find this helpful also. I am new to Trainerize and I was wondering how I should go about this. Should I send clients a separate email?
