I run a semi private business model and have employed 2 coaches to help scale the business. Without the ability to share clients between trainers I am going to have additional administrative issues and will be wasting time trying to figure out a work around.

I'm sorry to say but unless we can get some idea of if / when this will be an added feature I will have to take my business elsewhere. Given the amount of people echoing this sentiment and the amount of money we spend on Trainerize each year, you're going to lose a lot of clients to competitors.

We share clients, so this would be very useful.

I purchased the studio plan with intention on multiple trainers having access to all clients. One client might do a PT with one trainer and a class with another...PTminder was useful for this so this is possible. This is critical for me continuing with Trainerize please give me an update if this feature is possible or i may have to go back to PT minder

why is this not an option for clients to book with multiple trainers?

If there is no intention of going HIPAA compliant, this is a critical feature to allow multiple trainers, DPT's, LMT's, and RD's to collaborate on a client's profile without ALL trainers having access to other client's information. There is currently no way to keep a client information private to only the client's team. It's all or nothing which is not acceptable for data privacy.

This feature is critical to the growth of our business, as we need to bring on more junior trainers, and be able to assign them to a client, while still having a senior trainer assigned as well and able to check in to ensure the quality of training/communication is up to standards.

This is essential. Many clients may work with one trainer for one type of service or another trainer for a different type of service. Furthermore, when one trainer goes out of town or can't get a client in as often as they would like, another trainer needs access to the client account. Lastly, many of the personal trainers at my studio train with another trainer and they can't access their client account and personal trainer account without logging in and out and also having set up a unique email/username and login for each. If this feature were created, their client file could be shared between the trainer they work with and themselves, as a trainer, so they dont have to login and out everyday.

The flexibility to do this can really alleviate main trainer and the connecting side of things.

I would like to partner with a Registered Dietician in my area to enhance my services. Being able to allow me to provide the workouts/training program and her to provide nutritional plans and support with access to the same clients would be paramount to my business.

Do we have a date when this will be option?

I absolutely need this feature. I have a fitness coach, an accountability coach, and I am the head coach. As someone who uses this program for online coaching, not in a gym, I cannot believe that this is a limitation for me.

This is absurd that this feature was initially asked about in 2015 and we havent taken action. This has become critical in the gym world. We have Personal Trainers, Group Trainers, and Nutrition Coaches.

We need the ability to assign a client to either a group or multiple people. Please get this done.

We hold all clients under the purvue of 2 certified trainers in our facility. We both need the ability to message and manage clients in bulk and individually. Now we are needing to create groups to create threads, but that only solves one issue.

We host weekly and Bi-weekly group meetings, where all clients can jump in and hear different topics and here we like to have other coaches teach to. With the sytem now, it can be only one Coach you choose when you arrange med Group call in Trainized

Any idea when this will happen?

This should be critical. Especially with the advent of semi-private training and many trainers training multiple different clients.
