Progressions for cardio activities
Trainerize has incorporated the ability to quickly layout progressions for a particular resistance routine/program. It would nice if we could do the same for cardio with volume, frequency, duration, intensity, level, incline, etc.

Great idea. It would also be nice to incorporate work and rest duration and rounds for HIIT training. For example, we like to add this training: Airdayne Zone 4-5 Max HF Zone 4 HF Zone 5 HF Work time 20 sec Rest time 10 sec Rounds 8 Interval 1-2 min.
And to pre-schedule this with weekly customizable stats.
