Ability to take a quick meal photo for food journaling
Add a feature for clients to submit a photo of their meals to their trainer in a tab specifically for meal photos with time stamps. This way we can go into their profile, click on a meal photos tab, and see everything they've been eating, in order, with dates and times. This will help insure they are sticking to their meal plan and serving sizes and is an easy way to manage client adherence. Thanks!!!

Hive clients the option to track food via test or pictures in the app. An app "food diary" that doesnt rely on calorie tracking. Not all trainers and clients use calorie tracking but recording meals and portions is still important to ensure results. For lifestyle clients this would be a much more realistic approach.

there should be option to just put a check mark for perticular meal instead of adding whole meal details. once meal plan is sent to client trainer just wants to know if he/she has followed it or not.

I like that trainerize syncs with My Fitness Pal, it would also be good if it synced with the weight watchers app - so many people are using it. But, a lot of people don't want to take the time to look up and enter all their foods in an app. They just want a quick way to journal to help them be more conscious of what they are doing, and help keep them on track. Photo food logging is an easy way to do this, and it would be really easy for Trainerize to design. A Health Coaching software called Healthie is doing it, it is super cool. A client would just take a picture of what they are about to eat ( they could also write a quick description if they wanted ) - then they would be asked "on a scale of 1-5, how on track is that meal for you". Then their daily and weekly rating would show up on the clients workout calendar. The trainer could then click on the daily rating from the calendar to get more detail - he/she could see all of the meal photos their client took and make comments or suggestions if needed. I know this would be a big hit, because it is so easy and so helpful.

I prefer to have my clients first SIMPLY TRACK their food before worrying about calories. The simple habit of tracking helps their awareness. I also prefer to keep from giving a calorie goal as many clients get fixated on the number. It would be great to be able to simply see their food the way we used to before the update that took this feature away.

Allow clients to take photos of their food through the app as an option to track them. Include option to match it to a meal and tag the time. Have photo saved to their profile in a table where they can have a visual of the food they've eaten/consumed

Instead of having clients track every single calorie/macro, just allow them to upload photos for trainers to view their food.
