Tabata/Intervals Timer app for cardio workouts
It would be great to have a customizable tabata timer to include with the overall workout both loadable to the client calendar.

Hi everyone,
This feature is now released with Version 3.11 of the mobile app. You can build interval workouts from the web or mobile app now and your clients will have the built-in timer so they have to toggle out to another app anymore.
We’re definitely working to make the timer better over time so any suggestions and ideas are welcome.

Be able to quickly edit interval timers in a workout to change with need. I train multiple clients at once in live trainings and am setting up trainerize to track those live trainings in real time as well as my online clients

Have multiple tones available bell, female voice, male voice etc. I use timers in my live personal trainings and different tones will allow the multiple clients I train together differentiate their timer.

- Yes on the warm ups / cool downs. Also add a 'rest' option.
- The ability to add as many tabatas and exercises would be great!
- An audio sound for each tabata and rest so the client can keep going without looking at their device.
- Ability for client to track total reps for each would be really cool and helpful.

I personally would like to have a tabata style for a cardio workout. So if we place "Bike, Running, Rowing, Stairstepper, etc. we would be able to create a workout that they can follow virtually like a strength training workout is setup.

Would be great to have either a drop down menu for exercise time options (like the rest interval does) or a free text field to 100% customise. Adding HIIT to your app and the ability to have the end user see the exercise plus have a countdown timer with associated beeps would be a great asset.

At the moment, with the latest update, which is improved in many ways, the cardio exercise interface makes it almost impossible to have intervals set up unless you include the rest option, which seems unnecessary given the fact that you don't put the rest option in between sets of a strength exercise.

I would like to see the option to create intervals within a cardio workout and have my clients be able to track the stats. Such as, speed, distance or time of each interval.

Any thoughts on this Trainerize?
What's the best way to add intervals? 10 rounds of 20 sec ON, 40 sec OFF on a rowing maching, or a 4 x 4 min ON with a 2 min OFF with 4 % incline on the treadmill?And specially I'd like my clients to be able to log these with out having made a workout for it, as they might have their own twist on what type of intervals they do.

I also miss the ability to create interval workouts for my clients. Choose the active time, rest times, rounds. Maybe even the warmup and cooldown, to remind them to do those as well.
Should be able to choose if we're running, biking, rowing ... -

The rest timer is a waste, set up a timer like Tabata Pro where you can install warm up, work duration, rest duration, and cool down periods.
Example: 30 secs to warm up 40 secs work 20 secs rest 7 rounds 1 min cool down

My programs consist of HIIT workouts, such as, Tabata. A counter with an interval of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest would be ideal.

I miss the ability to make my own Cardio Workout like a Tabata, Interval Run or similar workouts.
I know that I have the possiblilty to get around it by adding "Rest" as a exercise on a certain amount of time, but in the calender it will not appear as a Cardio Workout.
It would come much more professional, if you had the ability to create a Cardio Workout, with "Rest time" as a simple add-on you are able to adjust freely.

In addition to the regular timer, it would be cool to have an interval timer within the app. Basically it would reset itself at an interval of your choice, so you don't have to keep hitting start every minute.
