We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Ability to sync on pricing options to trigger automation

    We sell one-time pricing options as opposed to contracts. We need the trigger to be the sale of one of these pricing options as opposed to a contract.

  2. Make notifications in the app "off" by default when connecting Mindbody

    We want to use the MindBody appointment synch but there is no way to customize what people get.

    Also, the notifications in the app are "on" by default. It would be better if they opted in rather than opted out.

  3. Ability to purchase a Mindbody contract within the Trainerize app

    When a new client downloads the app, allow the client to be able to purchase a contract directly within the Trainerize app.

  4. Pick the graphs to look between certain dates

    Instead of having the stock standard 3,6,1 yr etc for the graphs, have it so you can pick the dates for the data you have. Makes it easier to see what has changed in the 8 or 12 weeks (however many weeks your program is). Also put a save option on the graph instead of screen shotting it.

  5. Syncing a note to the next appointment for trainers when view clients schedule through Mindbody

    Just being able to see last workout completed in trainerize when viewing Mindbody schedule for client , so that trainers don’t have to go back and forth to see what was worked last they can get a summary through Mindbody

  6. Add clients from MindBody account via the Trainerize mobile app

    When using the app, it would be nice to be able to add clients from the connected MindBody account without needing to log on to the website.

  8. Flexible end dates for training plan - months or days - monthly or 90 days memberships

    Mindbody holds & manages all our client info – including purchases etc. Automated emails are sent to our clients when their memberships & series purchases expire … either 3 months, 6 months, 12 months etc.
    Trainerize needs to align with this. So if a client purchases a 3 month online unlimited membership, and we retail the client today on 12 Feb, Mindbody will reflect on 12 May that their Membership expires (and they get automated emails leading up to this date). So now, Trainerize needs to align with this – exactly, to the day. We don’t work in weeks, we…
