Full Screen video view in 9:16 aspect ratio for Clients
I been using ABC Trainerixe for 5 years, but when i do my own workouts i follow a Coach, that uses another platform than trainerize and I just love her programs and MOST IMPORTANT = How she shows her workouts in Full Screen video view in 9:16 aspect ratio for me. It so much better and easier to use than Trainerize, sorry

Make Video Attachment Optional NOT Mandatory when Creating a Program
Currently, the requirement to select a video forces me to stop and second-guess my choice during a live session, which disrupts the flow with a client. Making this field optional would allow us to save the program adjustment instantly and add the perfect video later when we have more time to choose.
This frames it not as laziness, but as a need for better workflow efficiency and to maintain focus on the client.

Provide Ai Summary of Video call
During a coaching call we talk about a lot of important details, it would be neat to see Ai functionality take a call transcription and provide a summary to work from or send to clients (something like 'Fathom Ai')

I would like to be able to videotape a session with a client and post it in a community group for all to see from my clients. Can we now or in the future be able to videotape during a video session videotape the session so I can include it in a group Community session

Video call and training log
While you are in your video call training a client, it would be great if at the same time you could do entry’s in that clients workout such as reps, weight ect in the workout for that day.

video call features (share screen, draw lines, superimpose timers)
It would be amazing if the video calls could be like zoom and have the option to share your screen, draw lines and circles etc, and super impose timers. This would be an absolute game changer for my clients. For most of my clients I still use zoom because the video conference on Trainerize is so limited

Form prior to scheduling a 1-1 appointment for client to fill out
Provide a brief form that the client can fill out and the trainer can review prior to scheduling a 1-1 appointment without having to go to any external site or use any additional links. Goal = a seamless experience where the personal trainer can have an idea of what the client wants to do or discuss on the call to allow for better preparation on the trainer's side of things.

Group Video Calls With Screen Sharing
We offer webinars for our clients. We create a presentation to go along with it. Right we have to outsource to zoom for this feature. It’d be great to have these videos with screen sharing available in-app. Thanks!

LIVE TRAINING SESSIONS AND THE OPTION TO BE RECORDED FOR LATER USE.
I do have a comunity of members currently where part of their benefits its mee giving live training sessions to them as part of their training plan, I teach this on a private account on instagram. the communications happens through whats app , the gaminfication happens on another app.... so im currently looking for a software where i can have it all in one.
and my suggested idea is to have the posibility to record live training sessions qithin the app to all the members, and have the option to be recorded for members who where not able to attend…1 vote -

For the video coaching feature, is it possible to provide more than just skype as an option?

Allow clients to upload videos taken from their own phones, rather than through the Trainerize app.
Right now clients have to film themselves through the trainerize app. It would be great if they could film on their own phone and edit if need (cropping etc), to then upload to the messaging.

Unmute
In video calls we can put participants ON mute but we can’t take them OFF mute. I find this very annoying and I would like to be able to control who can talk in group sessions .

Allow for Multiple Trainers to be on Group Calls
Allow multiple trainers to hold the group sessions. For example if there are two trainers holding the mindset call - allow both to be hosts of the call in app.
