We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Overall Business Analytics & Display for Trainer (Excel Display Format)

    A great feature would be the ability to download an excel document (or even a cool Trainerize generated document) that shows business related stats like:

    1.) Average spend per client (based on how many products they buy)
    Reason - Helps to see what you could expect most clients to purchase or spend with you. If a client is purchasing under that number you could potentially upsell (can explain more if needed)

    2.) Individual client spend
    Reason - Are most clients buying several products or just one hot product?

    3.) Your client retention/attrition (as a metric and not a timeline) -…

  2. slow data entry

    Data Entry for workouts (sets, reps and time) is delayed, has a lag when entering your information. Whether you hit the "enter" button (bottom right) or tap a box for entry, there is a 2-3 second delay.

    Anything in the works for improving this process/aspect of app experience? Thank you for your time/consideration.

  4. Master Admin Notification Management

    The ability to turn on/off the different types of notifications on behalf of clients and staff would be IDEAL to aide those that are technically challenged (or accidentally switched something on/off that they didn't intend to).

  5. Increase character length for Target text field in app

    The allowed character limit in app is very small compared to the web portal. It is frustrating not being able to work solely through the app when creating new programs.

  7. Add button for "add new set" to apple watch app

    When using the phone app, you can easily "add new round" to any given circuit. When using the apple watch app, this is not an option. Would be helpful to have the option to go through any given set another time while using the watch app too.

  8. Will iPad app Multitasking functionality be added in the (hopefully near) future

    With the availability of iOS multitasking functionality across multiple apps involved in my daily workflow as a coach, it would be extremely valuable to have this feature built into the Teainerize iPad app. I would be able to have TX open on one side of my iPad and other client related materials beside it in another “pane” for easy viewing, access, copy/paste use. Any chance this is in the pipeline? Thanks!

  11. Updating the app at the beginning of opening not during

    Today during the middle of training the app updated and my client lost all of their progress for that session and had to refill it out once they reopened the app. Can’t the update be as soon as the app is opened rather than during? My client was not happy.
