Have different daily macro goals for different days or workout / non-workout days for carb cycling
I do a lot of competition prep and within prepping meal plans. It would be great to set up different macro and calorie intake goals for different days out of the week. Because it would allow my clients to fully understand carb cycling. For now I have uploaded a pdf version of the meal plan showing that but would be great if that can be adjusted as well when it comes to programming it within your platform.

Hi everyone,
Thanks for your great suggestion! We've added this to our work queue/raodmap. We'll post further updates here as our teams pick it up to work on it.
Please come back to ideas.trainerize.com to add your vote to other ideas.
Thanks!

Need this, does anyone know if any other training softwares allow this?

Yes this is exactly what I was saying glad our ideas were combined!

You should allow us to set High/ Low/ Moderate Calorie/Macro days. Think Carb Cycling. It’s not realistic to go change it every time we wanna drop or add calories for a day or two per week.

This really is an important feature to include

To be able to choose what days a client has calorie targets. I have many clients who DO NOT track every day. From what I can see you cannot choose a number of days/certain days to have calorie targets

Been waiting for this feature for well over a year! Been using the workaround of having habits but then what is the point of using the nutrition goals? Will def look elsewhere if this isnt implemented soon! Having to update habits every week for 20 clients is very tiresome and tedious!

I'd like the ability to set different calorie and macro targets each week. I use nutrition meso cycles in my programming and would love to do this all in one place. Breakdowns of macros targets per meal would also be a bonus

This is a must!!!!! Please implement this stat! I honestly probably would not have gone with this software if I knew that I couldn't assign multiple macro targets.

Monday - 1500kcal
Tuesday - 1500kcal
Wednesday - 1400kcal
Thursday - 2000kcal
Friday - 1400kcal etc etcSo if clients have social events they have the option to enjoy and have slightly more calories and be slightly stricter on days around it / across the week

My clients need to have different nutrition on different days. As marathoners and ultramarathoners they have to carb cycle on long runs and speed sessions. We need to be able to add daily macros goals.

As a marathon runner and coach, we need to have daily macros set. On speed days and long run, the nutrition is higher. This is going to be a deal breaker on renewing. I hope this gets set up soon!

PLEAASSEEEEEE please please add this feature!!! There are competing platforms that offer this. I'd really like to stay with Trainerize, but I need this feature since I have many of my clients on different macros per training day.
Thank you!!!!

If we have a client whos macro targets change for training days / rest days or weekends for example.

You have to set one calorie goal and manually adjust each day.
I want to be able to set ups cycle so it changes based on the day of the week.

I agree with everyone, it really is amazing that this isn't a feature at this point with all of the upgrades to the app and all of the votes this has gotten.

Being able to schedule a macro change a head of time vs going in the day of to change it. I would like to change clients macros on rest days, especially for competition clients.
