Customize TEMPO, REST, and EXERCISE in Progression Spreadsheet
Being able to change tempo, rest time, and exercises themselves through the Progression Spreadsheet. It would be more efficient to progress through one workout rather than creating another similar workout in the Training Plan.
Wk1 - Goblet Squats - 3 sets, 10 reps - 60s rest - 4020 tempo
Wk5 - BB Front Squats - 5 sets, 5 reps - 120s rest - 2020 tempo

I'd appreciate the option to input alternative exercises (regression / standard / progression)

Primary Exercise (L2): Dumbbell Squat
Regression (L1): Bodyweight Box Squat
Progression (L3): Barbell Back Squat
Especially as my clients get overwhelmed when trying to use the substitution feature and aren't sure what to input so having auto-recommendations to choose from would be exceedingly helpful.

i agree with this. i was searching for a feature recommendation that could have me go from a regular workout in weeks 1-3 and then the same exercises but with supersets included for weeks 4-6.
the additional customization of changing rests and the exercise it self would be awesome.
